RIEGL USA announces ceremony for its North American Headquarters

Internationally recognized for their Ultimate High-Performance LiDAR 3D scanning equipment and data processing software, RIEGL USA will break ground on a new North American headquarters and training facility in Winter Garden, west of Orlando, Florida.

The ceremony is scheduled for Friday, December 6, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at 14679 West Colonial Drive, Winter Garden, FL 34847.

RIEGL currently owns a total of 17 acres on State Road 50 in Winter Garden for the purposes of building the new facility and future expansions.

The 18,500 square foot state-of-the-art facility will include:

  • Modern training rooms and service areas for equipment testing and calibration of laser scanners and systems
  • Customer support center, distribution hub, and sales and administration offices
  • Generous break and collaboration areas, a gym and an outdoor work and relaxation area

This multi-million-dollar investment, located at 14707 West Colonial Drive, Winter Garden, is made possible through the strong support and confidence in the North American market for RIEGL products by RIEGL’s headquarters in Austria, Europe. The new North American headquarters will be constructed by the nationally renowned DPR Construction, with an anticipated move in date of October 2020. DPR Construction will utilize RIEGL LiDAR terrestrial scanners and UAV-based technologies throughout the construction process to document and monitor the progress.
