Diagnostics 2.0 is designed to make it even easier to monitor the performance of your GE Smallworld implementations by no longer requiring a staging database but instead introducing a Collector service to directly populate the Splunk database with user activity.
With direct access now available, Diagnostics 2.0 now fully supports a cloud environment, regardless as to whether it is external or internal. With this new development, it also facilitates a subscription model for customers who wish to have monitoring done on their behalf.
Diagnostics for monitoring and analysis of GE Smallworld implementationst includes numerous standard dashboards that allow GE Smallworld customers to optimize their systems. In addition, the ability to create custom dashboards gives users access to the most granular insights available. Diagnostics can provide a health check for your system within 3 months, as well as longer-term monitoring to facilitate a consistent level of support to your user base.
