ODA Releases Teigha® 4.3

Open Design Alliance (ODA) announced the release of version 4.3 of Teigha, its development platform for engineering applications.

“We are pleased to announce that Teigha 4.3 is fully compatible with version 2018 .dwg files,” commented Neil Peterson, ODA President. “This initial release is a beta that will give our customers early access to this new technology. The full production release will be available in August.”  Teigha 4.3 is available for download by ODA members.

Sergey Vishnevetsky, ODA Development Director, said, “Teigha 4.3 also contains read support for Autodesk® ReCap™ point cloud project files (.rcp), and numerous other enhancements for working with .dwg and .dgn files.”

Teigha is a development platform that provides tools to create a rich variety of engineering applications. These include data access and editing, automation, visualization and markup, and full-scale CAD systems. Teigha supports the use of .dwg, .dgn, .rvt/.rfa and .pdf files, as well as the import and export of many other formats. It runs on all major desktop, server and mobile platforms, and is available for C++, .NET and Java developers. Teigha is developed by the Open Design Alliance.
