International LiDAR Mapping Forum announces 2019 education program

The conference program for International LiDAR Mapping Forum has been announced. The program, organized by conference planners and an Advisory Board comprised of industry experts, is made up of keynote presentations, case studies, and panels. Nearly 50 speakers are lined up, who will provide geospatial professionals with the latest industry insights, experiences, and use cases.

“Lidar is now a disruptive commercial technology that continues to emerge rapidly, so our goal is to provide business case studies that demonstrate its amazing capabilities. We’ve put together a balanced agenda that provides excellent technical insights from a wide variety of industries” says Bill Emison, Conference Chair.

Combined with an international exhibition of the newest surveying and mapping technology from the world’s top vendors and numerous networking events, the expo and conference is critical for anyone who needs to stay on top of the latest technology and developments in the rapidly changing geospatial technology market. The 2019 edition of International LiDAR Mapping Forum (ILMF), produced by Diversified Communications, will take place from January 28-30 at the Hyatt Regency Denver in Denver Colorado. ILMF 2019 will take place as part of the inaugural edition of Geo Week along with the 2019 editions of MAPPS Winter Conference and ASPRS Annual Conference.

According to Lisa Murray, Group Director at Diversified Communications, “The response to the creation of Geo Week has been tremendous. The geospatial community has long been asking for events to come together and we listened. The powerful combination of ILMF, ASPRS, and MAPPS is about bringing the geospatial community together to strengthen its influence, provide top-notch education, and foster new business opportunities. For anyone involved in geospatial technologies, this is now a must-attend event.”
