Royal Haskoning and DHV announce they have officially merged and will now be known as Royal HaskoningDHV. The company, headquartered in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, is a European project management, engineering and consultancy service provider, ranking globally in the top 10 of independently owned, non-listed companies and top 40 overall.
In the seminar "Google Earth and Maps for Companies", that will be held during MundoGEO#Connect in São Paulo(SP), Brazil, from June 14 to June 16, Google and local partners will introduce innovations related to solutions for companies which have applications in the areas of geographic analysis and Location Based Services (LBS). The event will also count on mini-courses, workshops, users meetings and a fair with more than 30 exhibitors that will gather about 3 thousand participants.

This year's Globalgeo, International Geoinformation Show, which will be held from the 15th to the 17th of March in hall 6 of Fira de Barcelona's Montjuïc exhibition centre, is enhancing its technical programme, offering around 150 activities, in which over 250 renowned experts in this field will be participating. The sessions will deal with, among other topics, the latest advances in 3D cartography, navigation systems and the new applications in an urban environment, for example, management of emergencies and mobility in cities.
