Leica Geosystems announces Leica SpiderWeb v4.0 as part of the new reference station software update that also includes Leica GNSS Spider v4.0 and Leica SpiderQC v4.0.  SpiderWeb v4.0 features an all-new Business Center web portal combined for SpiderWeb and GNSS Spider Network RTK Services and the unique Coordinate Computation Service has been further enhanced.

New Spider Business Center - Innovative GNSS service web portal
The Spider Business Center web portal is the integrated secure solution for online subscription and management of all GNSS network services. It smoothly integrates Leica SpiderWeb and Leica GNSS Spider services and allows complementing them with individual value adding benefits that are unique to the service provider.

The Spider Business Center provides the right tools to view, register and manage real time and post-processing services. It is designed to monitor service usage, to enable exchange of data, to view online network and rover status, and assist with support & accounting.

Enhanced Coordinate Computation Service for kinematic GNSS data
The SpiderWeb Coordinate Computation service allows users to quickly obtain highly accurate post-processed coordinates without the need for office software.  This service has not been enhanced to also process kinematic GNSS data. “This truly expands the scope of use for this kind of service for our customer and allows them to address new customer segments,” explains Mr. Pache.
